Extreme Satisfaction

Less than a year ago we made the decision to sign a maintenance agreement with another IT company for our technical support. Much to our dismay, they could not follow through on several of their previously made promises. In one instance their technician was very abrupt and would not even discuss an issue saying it was not their problem. My experience with DMA has been quite the opposite.
