Less than a year ago we made the decision to sign a maintenance agreement with another IT company for our technical support. Much to our dismay, they could not follow through on several of their previously made promises. In one instance their technician was very abrupt and would not even discuss an issue saying it was not their problem. My experience with DMA has been quite the opposite. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and courteous. We feel great comfort in knowing that our issues will be resolved in a timely manor. We look forward to your service in years to come!
