What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the first line of support for our dental clients, solving IT issues, helping teams succeed with their tech, and occasionally traveling to client offices to deliver hands-on service. We’ll give you the training, mentorship, and tools to grow.

You’ll be the organizational hub of our MSP, keeping operations running smoothly by managing schedules, vendor relations, and internal processes so the technical team can stay focused on client success. You’ll balance administrative tasks with proactive problem-solving to support a fast-growing, service-driven environment.
