Where We Support Dental Practices
One office, three states, and nearly four decades of dental-only engineering. We are straightforward about which markets get routine on-site coverage and which are remote-first.
We Have One Office. We Will Not Pretend Otherwise.
A lot of IT companies list a dozen city addresses that turn out to be mailboxes. We have one office, in Richfield, Ohio, and it has been the base for every practice we have supported since 1987. It sits at the I-77 and I-271 corridor midway between Cleveland and Akron, which is why those two markets have always been our core.
Everywhere else is a served market, and we say plainly which is which. Cleveland and Akron are roughly 25 minutes away and get routine on-site coverage. Columbus, Toledo and Pittsburgh are around two hours out; Detroit is about three; Cincinnati about three and a half. Those markets are supported remote-first, with on-site visits scheduled for buildouts, hardware and projects.
That model works because most dental IT problems are software, network, imaging driver and database problems — resolved remotely, faster than any drive. But if your practice needs an engineer at the door within the hour, a provider in your own city will serve you better, and we would rather tell you that now.

Every State Has Different Rules
Record retention alone ranges from ten years in Michigan to five in Pennsylvania to no rule at all in Ohio. If you run locations across state lines, that difference is your backup policy.
