DMA Tech Solutions
Referral Program

Refer a Practice. Get Rewarded.

Introduce us to a dental practice you know and we credit your account — $100 for the introduction alone, and $1,000 more when they come on board.

$100
for a warm introduction

Send an email or pick up the phone. That is the whole ask. The credit is yours for making the introduction, whether or not the practice ends up working with us.

How it works

Three steps, and only the first one involves you.

1$100 credit

Make the introduction

Email us or call with the name of a practice you think we can help, and let them know to expect us. A warm introduction by email or phone is all that counts.

2Nothing to do

We take it from there

We reach out, learn how their practice runs, and offer a no-obligation IT assessment. You are never asked to pitch, sell, or sit in on anything.

3$1,000 credit

They become a client

When the practice signs on, your credit is applied to your invoice — and the new practice receives a $1,000 onboarding credit of their own.

Refer more, earn more

For a limited time, every closed referral is worth more than the one before it.

1st closed referral
$1,000
Invoice credit
2nd closed referral
$2,000
Invoice credit
3rd closed referral
$3,000
Invoice credit

Applies to referrals that close on or before December 31, 2027.

Credits are applied to your DMA Tech Solutions invoice. The $100 introduction credit is separate and is earned on every warm introduction you make.

$1,000
for the practice you refer

Your introduction is worth something to them, too. Any practice that comes to us through a referral receives a $1,000 onboarding credit when they start — so you are handing them a genuine benefit, not just a sales call.

Know a practice we should meet?

Give us their name and we take it from there. Your $100 credit is earned the moment you send this — you are not on the hook for anything else.

So we can apply your credit and let you know what happens.

Not a client yet?

Referral credits are for practices we already look after. If that is not you yet, start with a free IT assessment and see what your practice has been putting up with.
